The herbs are to be wetted overnight and in the morning slow boiling in either Sesame oil coconut or sunflower oil/mix of all three oils. Iron utensils are preferably used, and deep bottom utensils are to be used for simmering herbs and oil. 300 gms of oil gives 225 to 250 gms of final oil. After 1 hour of slow boiling the herbs, and the concoction to be used, directly on the hair and scalp. If you want any essential oil such as rosemary or lavender can be added for fragrance.
